I haven’t updated this blog in forever! I do have another one that’s updated far more frequently: strictly-paleo.tumblr.com.
I cut out dairy from my diet, and most grains (I still have wheat crackers, pretty much the only thing that is processed/not paleo). I’ve been biking somewhat consistently to work, and I’ve been getting better at it.
Tomorrow I see my boyfriend. It feels like a really long time, but it’s been like 3 -4 days since I last saw him, aha but we miss each other terribly. It’s ridiculous! but I love him :)
